i’VE thought a long time about this..
when I sit at the computer desk or in front of the console – controller in hand; I feel a deep connection. Not only to the Internet but also to GOD!!
- when I control the funny character on screen, I am become his god, controlling the universe of him and around him => almost like gaming is a taste of GOD‘s power over us??
- when I game, I am finally in control of sth that feels like my life, but is not; (which makes it even better)
- when I game, I find a glimpse of HIM con-
trolling my character to roam around in empty universe
when I game, I kneel so I can become fully immersed
soo basically enjoying gaming is like: a “prayer” in a sense
